It was exactly what I was looking for—a quiet spot in the countryside where my dog and I could relax. the autumn scenery in the surrounding area was absolutely gorgeous. I also appreciated the two mini radiators that were provided, as they were a perfect addition to the coal fire.

One of the worst aspects of my stay was the lack of proper cooking facilities. the tiny two-ringed cooker on top of the fridge was not sufficient, and there was no place to store food.

We were also impressed by the instant hot water supply. The hosts were lovely and even provided a birthday cake for my husband. We can't wait to come back in the winter and make the most of the cabin and fire.
